Phoenix Jones and crew were out on Patrol New Years weekend when they came across a man firing a gun off in a Belltown alleyway between 1st and 2nd. A fellow superhero from Oakland, Motor Mouth, had joined Phoenix Jones and the RCSM for the weekend patrols.
Motor Mouth is the leader of a group of Real Life Superheroes called the Nor-Cal Protectorate. They actively Patrol and fight crime in the Bay Area and Oakland.
