There’s just something about film photography that digital can’t replicate - the feel, the pace, the magic in the unexpected.
In this video, I head out around Cambridge with my Olympus Trip 35, one of my favourite 35mm film cameras, to show you why I still shoot film in 2025.
Joining me is my friend Trish (@photography_bytrish), a local Cambridge photographer shooting her very first roll of film. We explore the city, take some portraits, and shoot a mix of street and candid moments - all captured on 35mm.
I also filmed some POV footage with my GoPro so you can see exactly how I composed the shots, and what caught my eye along the way.
