Oval night in the Mustang Challenge Series on iRacing!

It is an off week for the Mustang Challenge Series on iRacing hosted by the Dead Internet Racing League, but our good friend ‪@codyhite‬ is hosting a fun oval night with our beloved Ford Mustang GT4s. Race one will be at Bristol Motor Speedway. Race two will be at South Boston Speedway.

The Mustang Challenge Series is hosted on iRacing by the new DIRL - Dead Internet Racing League. The Mustang Challenge Series is a fixed setup series with adjustments made to the Ford Mustang GT4 that are meant to simulate the In Real Life Ford Mustang Dark Horse R that is used in the IMSA Mustang Challenge. Fuel is capped at 60%, weight has been added, power has been reduced, and a low downforce setup is standard which makes the car a bit of a handful, but manageable. Initially we are testing out one competition caution per race to help group the field backup. Racing is close and the competition caution will help to bring the field even closer for more great side by side battles.
