Hi guys, welcome to my channel and welcome to another new travel vlog..
In this vlog, I am going to show you one of the the most unexplored destination of West Bengal which is Gajoldoba.
Gajoldoba is a small village in Odlabari in Jalpaiguri district in Dooars region. It is in the western south of the Himalayan foothills between Mahananda and Teesta river. It is famous for the first reservoir formed by the Teesta barrage which was built for irrigation purpose.
This place is described as an unexplored destination on the banks of Teesta river with awe inspiring backdrop view of mount Kanchenjunga range, surrounded by Baikunthapur forest and an an excellent place if you want to spot some migratory birds.
People who come to visit Dooars in North Bengal can include this place in the itinerary because Gajoldoba comes on the way to Dooars.
