Intensive Hair Care Routine (Damaged & Overprocessed) + Hair Updates

Yoo everyone knows my hair is super damaged and overprocessed from bleaching it and this is how I fixed my damaged hair or repaired it as much as possible with a healthy hair care routine for damanged bleached hair ! All products linked.

It's a lot of product but so necessary for bringing back the health of your hair or maintaining good nutrition and hair structure to the hair shaft. You want to fill the hair as much as possible with nutrient and moisture (serums & protein/keratin/collagen/silk fillers), then seal it all in with an oil-based leave in spray.

I do give a few hair updates on how my hair is doing after bleaching it completely this past fall and you can see it's doing a lot better!! Thank you everyone always for your suggestions and recommendations 😭💕
