15 minute follow-along home kettlebell METABOLIC full body workout! All you need is one or two 10-30lb kettlebell(s) to have a challenging and effective workout that will strengthen your ENTIRE body and get that heart rate up! This workout is low-impact but still packs a serious punch! Get ready for the ultimate sweat sesh!! This workout can be modified to your own unique athletic level! Melanie will provide modifications and kick your butt! Just get ready to sweat 💦
WORKOUT DETAILS:
This is a METABOLIC style workout and we will perform three total rounds.
Round 1 = 30 sec work / 30 sec rest
Round 2 = 45 sec work / 15 sec rest
Round 3 = 60 sec work / 0 sec rest
EXERCISES:
1. Clean to Curtsy Lunge
2. Single Leg Deadlift + Single Arm Row
3. Plank Pull Through
4. Swing to Goblet Squat to Deadlift
5. Half Kneel Alternating Clean to Overhead Press to Windmill
