Follow Thijs, one of our journalists, as he continues his journey to become a professional footballer in just one year in the fifth episode of GOING PRO. ▶

We're almost halfway. It's the perfect time to discover what level Thijs is at with physical tests at the U23 of KV Mechelen. We find out Thijs is really fast and is a better bowler than footballer... For now. 🎳🫠

To gain match fitness, we're going to Beerschot for Thijs' first 11v11. Afterwards, it's time for some well deserved rest during the winter break.

But not before we challenge NY Red Bulls forward Dante Vanzeir and his sister Luna (KRC Genk Ladies) which results in shaving Dante's moustache. 🪒🥸

But, more importantly, the transferwindow has officially opened and Thijs' agent is on the hunt for a club. 👀
