74 | How To Make Real Spiritual Progress

In this episode, I reflect on my recent travels from Afghanistan to Istanbul and how such journeys deepen our understanding of real spiritual progress. The experience reaffirmed that the most meaningful travel isn't for leisure, but for the sake of seeking knowledge, truth, and connection with the people of God.

I share how spending even a few days with a true shaykh can serve as a spiritual boot camp—an immersive environment that catalyzes genuine transformation. While lectures and videos have value, there's no substitute for the presence of a living guide. This is how our faith is preserved—through companionship, sincerity, and action.
