Belgrade Baroque Academy is an educational program, founded in 2013 by the Studio for Early Music - an early music society based in Belgrade, Serbia. It is intended to train young singers and period instrumentalists in the historically informed performance through workshops and masterclasses. In one of the most beautiful cities of Southern Europe, Belgrade, young people from all over the world gather several times per year to work with internationally renowned early music artists, exploring the music of the known and unknown composers from the periods from Renaissance, Baroque and Classicism. During the period that ranges from usually a week to up to three weeks, they explore historically informed performance, performing on period instruments and using historically accurate playing and singing techniques. Every masterclass culminates with a final public concert at one of the acoustical concert venues or churches in Belgrade, and all participants receive Certificates signed by the master teachers. Some projects extend even beyond, since BBA - in partnership with organizations such as the Belgrade Early Music Festival and the New Belgrade Opera - also offers other performing opportunities or repeat performances in other venues or cities in the area.

Past teachers included soprano Evelyn Tubb, contralto Marijana Mijanovic, harpsichordists Predrag Gosta, Ottaviano Tenerani, Dušan Toroman and Bojana Dimkovic, baritone Christian Hilz, baroque violinists Florian Deuter, Ilia Korol and Katarina Djordjevic, baroque trumpet players Siegfried Koch and Justin Bland, cornetto player Jeremy West, baroque cellist André Laurent O'Neil, baroque violist William Bauer, recorder and transverse flute player Karolina Bäter, lutenists Michael Fields and Darko Karajic, baroque oboist Martino Noferi, and others.
