It was a beautiful day and I decided to fish at Hatchery Saddle Point. It was a beautiful day with slight breeze but fishing with frozen anchovies for stripers and catfish was very tough. I only had a few nibbles so decided to switch up and target carp instead. Things picked up from that point on and I was able to hook up to 3 carps. I used my usual pack bait set up. had lot of fun. Carp fight so hard and if you never fished for carp, I highly recommend it. Yes, carp is considered trash fish but they are so fun to catch.
