Finally after years of procrastinating I’m doing an old broken belt black and sticky mess cleanup on my 1972 CHANNEL MASTER receiver after having an 8-track tape splice come apart on me only get wrapped around the capstan. The only way to properly get the cleanup done correctly was to remove the capstan along with the housing for better access.
