Today is a Weather Impact Alert Day as we prepare for a line of storms that pose a severe risk, including damaging wind gusts and rotating storms across central Indiana this evening.
A line of storms will develop along a cold front and bring the risk of strong to severe storms.
This line will impact our western-most counties starting between 3-5 p.m. Western Indiana sees the higher chance of severe storms with damaging wind gusts of 60+ mph likely, large hail and tornadoes possible (within the level 3 risk zone).
