Astoria, Oregon 2020 Walk (Downtown, Riverwalk, Columns) Sunset, 4k Travel (Binaural Sounds)

A place you must visit in Oregon (Us state). Astoria is at the northwestern tip of the state of Oregon along the Columbia River and bordering Washington.

We begin on Duane Street and then weave up and down Commerical Street then Marine Dr, walking both sides of each street and walking up and down the inbetween streets. This is the Historical Downtown area where you find restaurants, shops, a theater and hotels.

Then we take our walk to the waterfront where you find hotels, restaurants, viewpoints, a clear view of the Astoria-Megler Bridge where Highway 101 continues, and the Maritime Memorial Park right beneath the bridge. The Astoria Riverfront Trolley also runs along the riverway.

Lastly we walk around the Astoria Column which is a historical landmark built in 1926 that sits at 126ft tall. It is a mural with an observation deck on top of it. Unfortunately it was closed when I got there.

There are alot of attractions in Astoria to see if you travel to Astoria that aren't covered in this video such as the Flavel House Museum, the Oregon Film Museum and the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park.

Clatsop County is currently in Phase 2 reopening however because it was also a weekday evening when I arrived, the city was fairly quiet and most businesses were closed.
