Brush the pheasant breasts with Balsamic vinegar then put Zeus Seasoning. Flip the breast and repeat with balsamic vinegar and Zeus Seasoning. Place in refrigerator for two hours so the balsamic vinegar pulls out any wild game flavor and seasoning absorbs in the meat. Then cook on medium heat with olive oil and butter for four minutes on each side. Cut the breast to make sure it’s cooked all the way through.
INGREDIENTS:
Balsamic Vinegar
Zeus Seasoning
Olive Oil
Teaspoon of Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Coat the Pheasant breasts with Balsamic Vinegar.
Add your Favorite Seasoning (Both Sides).
Place the Pheasant on a pan and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Melt the butter in a pan & add a little olive oil.
Set your Stove on Medium Heat
Cook each side for 4 Minutes
Cut the breast to make sure it’s cooked all the way through
