Coming home forced me to face emotions I didn’t know how to articulate, feelings I thought I had buried, and memories I believed I had moved on from.
This video is not about having the perfect words — it’s about being honest with where I am emotionally. It’s about acknowledging that healing doesn’t always come with a clear explanation, and sometimes the hardest part is simply admitting, “I don’t know how to talk about it yet.”
