BMX TUTORIAL CONSOLE:
To speedhop hold Left Trigger + Forward on left stick, then keep tapping right bumper to hop. The front tire will stick to the ground and you will go super fast. Make sure if you're on Xbox Series S/X or PS5 to TURN ON PERFORMANCE MODE. If you use other graphics modes, you may lose FPS. You want to get high fps, fps is tied to physics engine on this game and it affects everything. Hops can be inputted faster, wallclimbs are smoother/faster, speedhops are faster since you can input more hops per second etc.

If you BMX on console and use Xbox Series S/X controllers, PS4, or PS5 controllers I highly recommend to square your sticks. This makes the BMX rotate faster when you press any direction diagonally, many stunters in the stunting community + rocket league players have been doing this for almost a decade. There used to be no easy way to do it on console, but using this method I found a way to get 1st party controllers working. BMX TUTORIAL PC:
To speedhop hold Q + Left Shift, then keep tapping space to gain more speed. Front tire sticks to the ground and you will go super fast. I would not recommend default binds for movement, these are terrible for BMX lmao. Instead of control and shift, change lean forward to W and lean back to S. This way you get natural WASD movement mid air and fingers can stay on movement keys the entire time. Hop key is actually "Handbrake", you want to change this to side mouse button forward (Mouse Button 5). Another really important change is a bind called "Bicycle Front Brake" in the vehicle section. Default is Q which is really bad, you want to change this to Left Shift so you can hold pinky on shift to nose manual. Accelerate will be changed to Space, and Reverse/Brake is changed to side mouse button back (Mouse Button 4). These binds might sound weird if you're used to default, but it makes everything better movement related. We use these binds for BMX/moto/driving/updmk2/scramjet etc and it's great. On these new binds to speedhop, you will hold Left Shift + W to nose manual, then tap side mouse button forward (Mouse Button 5) to hop fast. Remember front tire will stick to the ground. WALLCLIMB CONSOLE:
Wallclimb is basically just a speedhop up a vertical wall. When you sit still and hop your bike is in the perfect position to enter the wall, it's at a 45 degree angle. To wallclimb get pedal directly at the wall, hop a few feet away from it, and once the front tire connects with the wall hold Left Trigger + Forward on left stick to grip onto wall with nose manual, then keep tapping hop to gain height while you hold the nose manual. Best tip is DON'T lean forward before touching the wall, or you will smack your face and crash. Simply hop without doing any analog stick movement, and hold forward when front wheel touches.

WALLCLIMB PC (Default binds):
Wallclimb is basically just a speedhop up a vertical wall. When you sit still and hop your bike is in the perfect position to enter the wall, it's at a 45 degree angle. To wallclimb get pedal directly at the wall, hop a few feet away from it, and once the front tire connects with the wall hold Q + Left shift to grip onto wall with nose manual, then keep tapping space to hop and gain height while you hold the nose manual. Best tip is DON'T lean forward before touching the wall, or you will smack your face and crash. Wallclimb PC (custom goated binds):
Wallclimb is basically just a speedhop up a vertical wall. When you sit still and hop your bike is in the perfect position to enter the wall, it's at a 45 degree angle. To wallclimb get some speed and pedal directly at a wall, hop a few feet away from it, once the front tire connects with the wall hold Left Shift + W to grip on wall with a nose manual, then keep tapping side mouse button forward to hop and gain height while you hold the nose manual.
