Picked up this handyman's special for dirt cheap cuz the belts were smokin' badly. Turns out the variable speed drive pulley was seized up, so I rebuilt the pulley and it's almost good as new.
I'm no mechanic and I'm not the best with these videos but I can at least give you an idea what you are up against.
