This video shows you how to do every* Qilin Skip in Spelunky 2.

There are different variants of these skips, e.g. you can often use a different number of ropes. Spring Shoes often make a skip easier to do. You could also combine some of these methods.
*Some skips not shown in this video include the Out-Of-Bounds-Skip by Sickynar or the Vlads-Cape-Only-Skip by Dracibatic. There are also skips that only work in Multiplayer and probably many that haven't been discovered yet!
