From vertical BBQ Khorovats to freshly cooked trout, Armenians know how to barbecue. Between BBQ's we'll stop to see the sights of ancient Armenia, which means incredible monasteries. To finish off the day we're taking you for a lesson with an Armenian masterchef to make a traditional dessert called ghapama.
