2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup celery diced
3/4 cup green bell pepper
6 cloves garlic mince
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 tbsp just magic seasoning
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp vegan beef bouillon
1 onion soup mix packet
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 bottle of Pinot noir
2 bay leaves2 cups of vegetable stock
1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire
5 dashes of Tabasco hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Make a corn starch slurry 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 1/2 tbsp water mix. Add in 5 mins to end of cooking and stir. It will thicken up

Mushroom mixture
Shredded trumpet mushrooms
3/4 cup hot oil
1 large onion diced
1 tsp browning
1 tbsp red house seasoning
1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire

1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Non stick spray
