It was just one week ago that our oldest daughter traveled from the US to the Philippines for the first time and brought her boyfriend along to share in the experience. After a few days exploring Metro Manila, we all flew to Coron island for 4 nights in off-grid houseboats run by the ancestral Tagbanwa tribe. But today, we’re trading simplicity for luxury and taking a short trip to experience one of the most exclusive private island resorts in Palawan.
