We have visited Alibag Beach along with Kolaba Fort ..or Kulaba Fort.
It is one of the unique fort which is accessible by foot at low tide and by boats at high tides.
The Fort offers a beautiful scenic views of the sea and the coastline and has old temples of Ganesa and Hanuman which is more than 300 years old..that reflects its rich history.The Fort was built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at the 17th Century as a key naval base and completed by Sambhaji Maharaj.
