BALASAN, ILOILO, PHILIPPINES: The home of Ms. Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo

Hi everyone I'm Whalter Sosmeña and in this channel, I just would like to share to you some cultural sites on my travel to Balasan, Iloilo, the home of the first ever Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo.

The Municipality of Balasan is a fourth class municipality in the Province of Iloilo, Philippines. Balasan is one of the municipalities in the 5th District of the province that has rich culture, arts, history, and tourism activities. Indeed, Balasan is rich in cultural and heritage sites.

Being invited as one of the judges during Mr. Balasan 2019, I could utter that the place is truly inspiring and meaningful as it was been also highlighted in the advocacy of the candidates.
