Xiamen Thrive’s C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine offers versatile production of C and Z purlins, enabling fast interchangeability between profiles.

Designed for efficiency, the semi-automatic CZ-300 model allows manual operation and push-button size adjustments, while fully automatic versions are also available. Compatible with galvanized or black steel coils (1.5-3.0mm thick), it produces C purlins (80-300mm) and Z purlins (120-300mm). The CZ-400 model expands capacity for larger profiles.

Driven by a servo motor, it achieves speeds up to 30 m/min, with optional web/flange punching. Ideal for roofing and structural applications, this machine combines flexibility, precision, and durability for high-quality purlin manufacturing.
