This workout is meant to be done five minutes on every hour for eight hours. In other words if you start at 8 am you would do one exercise for five minutes and then repeat an hour later at 9 am and so on.  you can pace yourself with this workout or just pause until you feel ready to go again but five minutes can be long do what you’re able rest as you need but try to push yourself and feel the burn before you stop.
