A quick and easy way to ease anxiety and panic attacks, Based on Dr. Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory. This method helps to re-gain a balance in the nervous system to ward off or reduce that the hyper alert sensation that comes with being anxious. I call this relaxation method the "vagal brake" Over the last 2 years I have been using it myself and teaching it to those in need.
