How to apply for birth certificate new born baby in Qatar

Hello friends welcome to my channel.
The informant must be the father, uncle, grandfather or +18-year-old sibling of the newborn or by someone authorized by an official and certified letter from the father.
Personal details of both parents should be filled out as per their official documents (ID card for Qatari national and Passport for non Qatari).
All valid documents must be attached as per the requirements for issuing a birth certificate in a file smaller than 5MB.
Kindly also note the points below.
Original certificate one copy will be issued by MOPH for free of cost.
If you select delivery to home (Q Post) option, you need to pay 30 QR at the time of delivery.
Additional copies will be charged accordingly.
You will receive an SMS to pay once your request is processed.
The amount has to be paid to be able to receive the birth certificate.
