[BUILD NERFED] RIP Comet Stormweaver Sorceress

I'm Raxxanterax and I make Build Guides, Leveling Guides, Tier Lists and More for Diablo 4, Last Epoch, Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2. POE2 Early Access is in full swing and I wanted to share the Cold Sorceress Build I've switched to after struggling through the campaign using Fire and Lightning. You'll cast Frostbolts across the screen that freeze enemies in their tracks and pelt them with endlesss comets from the sky.
