MANILA — Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon has urged Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste to disclose the alleged list of proponents for multibillion-peso infrastructure budget insertions, supposedly from late Public Works Undersecretary Catalina Cabral.
Pieces of evidence have shown that former Public Works undersecretary Maria Catalina “Cathy” Cabral’s death is consistent with suicide, acting Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said on Monday.
On Dec. 18 (Thursday), Cabral was found lifeless in a deep ravine at Purok Maramal, Sitio Camp 5 in Barangay Camp 4 in Benguet’s Tuba town.
