Custom Military Frogz - Coast Guard

I am pretty sure this is the first new custom I started this year. I hit a pretty big roadblock while building it, and abandoned it for a while due to lack of time, but I just made the finishing touches recently.

I usually strive to make my customs feel as unique as possible while still fitting in with what Gemmy realistically could’ve released. Coast Guard got skipped by both the Dancing Hamsters and the Military Frogz, so that opened the door for something new in the Military line.

I already had the idea, next it was time to plan. I wanted it to stand out from the other Military Frogz, so I skipped the camo uniform and went with something that instantly makes it different. And since I also love to go with underused mechanisms whenever I can, the idea for this one came together pretty quickly after that. It was originally designed for the “U Can’t Touch This” frog, and it wouldn’t really match any other frog or song besides the one it was made for. However, it actually works on this - it’s not synced to a marching pattern, but it's supposed to look like the frog is marching, which works for the Military line.

It’s a new Military frog, with a unique uniform, and a mechanism that wasn’t used on anything else but still fits perfectly. Overall, another solid custom that checks all the boxes: unique category, unique design, unique mech.
