CMMC is a cybersecurity requirement for all DoD contractors, found in the DFARS Interim Rule. It contains 110 requirements from NIST SP 800-171. The new DFARS rule also requires contracts to self-assess their cybersecurity compliance and submit a score into the SPRS database.
