BAHAN-BAHAN A / INGREDIENTS A :
Daun Murungai - 1 1/2 cwn (50g)
Moringa Leaves - 1 1/2 cup (50g)
Daun Ketumbar - segenggam (20g) (dicincang)
Coriander Leaves - a handful (20g) (chopped)
Daun Kari - 4 tangkai (dicincang)
Curry Leaves - 4 stripes (chopped)
Cili Kering - 4 biji (5g)
Dried Chilli - 4 nos (5g)
Serbuk Cili - 2 sdk (6g)
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp (6g)
Halia - 1 inci (11g) (pes)
Ginger - 1 inch (11g) (paste)
Bawang Putih - 3 ulas (14g)
Garlic cloves - 3 nos (14g)
Bawang Merah (sederhana) - 2 biji (90g)
Red Onion (Medium) - 2 nos (90g)
Biji Jintan Putih - 1 sdk (2g)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp (2g)
Biji Jintan Manis - 1 sdk (2g)
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp (2g)
Natrium Bikarbonat (soda) - 1/4 sdk
Bicarbonnate Of Soda - 1/4 tsp
Yis - 1 sdk
Yeast - 1 tsp
Garam Organik - 1 1/2 sdk
Organic Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Serbuk Hing - 1 1/2 sdk
Asafoetida powder - 1 1/2 tsp

BAHAN - BAHAN B / INGREDIENTS B :
Tepung Beras - 1/2 cwn (70g)
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup (70g)
Tepung Gandum - 2 cwn (320g)
Wheat Flour - 2 cups (320g)

Air (suhu bilik) - 1 1/2 cwn
Water (room temperature) - 1 1/2 cups

CARA-CARA / METHODS :
1. Masukkan Bahan A ke dalam mangkuk
adunan dan gaul sekata
In a mixing bowl add the ingredients A and
mix well.
2. Masukkan semua Bahan B sekali dan gaul sekata
Add Ingredient B together and mix well
3. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul sehingga konsistensi adunan betul
Add water gradually and mix to right consistency
4. Biarkan adunan rehat selama 30 minit
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes
5. Panaskan minyak di atas api sederhana hingga
tinggi
Preheat the oil on medium to high flame
6. Jemput dan masukkan adunan kedalam minyak
panas, goreng sehingga warna kuning keemasan.
Spoon in or use hand to take small amount of
batter and drop in the preheated oil and fry
until golden brown.
