The Metro West Dive team recently conducted their annual swim test evaluations. The test is designed to assess a diver’s fitness, comfort in the water and operational competency. Fatigue is a known contributor to panic, which can lead to injury or death during a dive. This watermanship test assures members of the dive team are physically and mentally prepared to respond when called upon.
