This was meant to be a Monday mindfulness moment and I’m sure we all need a moment of peace every now and again but I never got the time to post yesterday so here’s our now aptly named Tuesday Timeout Transient taken at Bradley woods last week.
I simply set up my phone with my djosmo positioned it on the bonnet of my car sat myself inside then just watched & listened to the all birds visiting the feeding station.
I saw bluetits, great tits, chaffinches, coal tit, Robin, dunnock, Nuthatch, I did have a Great Spotted Woodpecker visit which annoyingly was just out of shot.
But that being said it lovely just watching the birds coming and going and the calming sounds of the birdsong from within the woods and from those feathered friends grabbing a meal.
