Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

• To understand how creating a culture of neuroprotective care may improve outcomes for our most preterm patients.
• To consider different aspects of culture that contribute to our ability to provide optimal neuroprotective care, including families as partners and caring for caregivers.
• To consider the various ways we produce, interpret, and know evidence and how to appeal to and utilize a broad spectrum of knowledge when implementing change.
