다고/라고/자고/냐고 👉 Indirect Speech

𝗜𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵, '나는 포도 좋아해' 피터가 말했어요. '나는 딸기 좋아해' 매리가 말했어요. But in daily conversation, we don’t really use it. We would rather use ‘indirect speech’ like ‘he said that he likes grapes. She said that she likes strawberries.

So in this lesson, you will learn about indirect speech in Korean, 라고/다고/자고/냐고 하다. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹. Because you will see this a lot or hear this a lot.
