Ok, so here is the follow up video for the Spin Move and the Slow Steps where I reveal what the basketball rules are on these two "moves."

I still don't know if I 100% believe that the spin move is a travel, but I found a ton of more resources explaining that yes, it is a travel than I did saying it wasn't a travel.

On all the referee forums they were saying that it is a travel. I honestly couldn't find a resource talking about the "slow steps" though. I was hoping to find something that stated how fast you have to take those steps, but just couldn't. I'm thinking that if you take them too slow then you establish a pivot foot by stopping your forward movement, but I don't know 100%.

There are so many basketball rules out there that are confusing and i hope i can bring them to light with these videos so the arguing lessens in open gym, lol. I think the next one I want to tackle is kick balls.
