Ingredients:
4-6 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp pork rub
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Mix all pork rub ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of each chop with olive oil.
Coat both sides of each pork chop generously with the pork rub, pressing it into the meat to adhere.
Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 5 minutes. Flip pork chops and cook for an additional 4-7 minutes, depending on thickness.
Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Pork chops are done when they reach 145°F at the thickest part.
Remove pork chops from air fryer and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before serving.
