12 Valve Cummins Excursion! Fummins Swap!

This is my 2000 Ford Excursion Cummins swap project ! The 2000 Ford Excursion has 135,000mi and was a V10. I did a build / overhaul on a 95 Ford Cummins out of a tilt cab semi with low miles, all new bearings and seals, ceramic coated mahle Pistons, stainless valves, upgraded beehive valve springs, o-ringed head, ARP head studs, dynomite diesel stage 2 injectors, Borg Warner 300 SXE 62/68/12 wastegated turbo, 4 inch turbo back exhaust, Cummins mechanical fuel pump, and the AC pump, vacuum pump, power steering pump, and P7100 injection pump were off a 97 Dodge. Pump was resealed maxed and balanced with larger delivery valves, and 3K Governor springs, and fuel plate @H&H Diesel. Timing is set at 20.5 degrees.
I'm running a South bend stage 2 clutch in front of a 96 Dodge NV 4500 with the factory Excursion NP transfer case just had to swap out the input shaft. I used the clutch pedal and master cylinder out of a 2000 f350 and the slave cylinder out of a 95 Jeep Wrangler.
I'm running diesel conversion specialist engine mounts but other than that I didn't buy any conversion parts.
All my gauges are working except for the tachometer because I still need to mount the pickup.
To do list as of this video is...
Mount pick up for tachometer.
Mount pyrometer for EGTs in exhaust manifold.
Remove auto shift lever from column.
Have front driveline lengthened 1.25 in
Makeup line from AC pump to condenser.
A 3" or 4" lift or front axle swap from a later coil spring truck.
Repaint back bumper.
35/12.5/R20 nitto trail grapplers on some? -44 offset wheels.
