Hello fellow wastelanders. I hope you guys are doing well! Today I bring you a quick and simple guide on how to make a proper 4000 PS build.
Today’s 4000 PS build will be a shotgun wedge. Not really seen anymore but can be highly reliable especially when there is a crap ton of OP Legendaries carrying the meta.
Plus since the shotguns we will be using have been converted from 6 to 5 energy now, that allows for even more fire power!
