BANGKOK'S ANCIENT CITY | Thailand Travel Vlog

Seeing everything Southeast Asia has to offer often feels like an insurmountable task. Luckily, we were able to visit The Ancient City - a massive park right outside Bangkok that houses incredibly impressive replicas of dozens of the amazing sights throughout this region. The park is so big we're convinced you could spend multiple full days exploring without seeing it all. It’s definitely not a substitute for the real thing, but this park was such a fun place to ride bikes around and explore!

On our bikes we rode around to see many recreations of Buddhist temples, shrines, villages, and ornate buildings. We even saw some animals! This park felt so different from others because it seemed like a ton of care was put into making the recreations as realistic as possible, sparing no detail. It was also completely unguided and, despite hearing about how popular it is, it was peaceful throughout most of the park, making it easy to enjoy the serene views.
