First Consultation CSF leak

The patient presents with CSF rhinorrhea from the right nostril for the past one month, confirmed radiologically with a bony defect measuring approximately 2.3 mm. The nasal discharge was continuous and watery in nature.
She complained of a right-sided headache associated with a sensation of heaviness, which aggravated on bending forward. There was no history of head injury or trauma.
The patient had received allopathic as well as homoeopathic treatment, along with regular medication for hypertension and hypothyroidism, but no significant improvement was noted initially.
In search of further treatment options, the patient came across educational videos on social media by Dr. Ravi Singh and subsequently booked a consultation with Dr. Ravi. During the consultation, Dr. Ravi explained the proposed homoeopathic treatment approach, including the concept of medicine transmission through hair.
Initially, the patient was skeptical about this treatment modality, particularly because her brother, who is a surgeon, did not believe in this system of treatment and strongly opposed it, expressing concerns regarding its scientific validity.
However, after observing the clinical improvement and complete cessation of CSF rhinorrhea, the patient’s homoeopathic treatment, which was initiated on 18 November 2025, led to complete stoppage of CSF leak on 5 January 2026.
Following these results, the patient’s brother was also impressed by both the clinical outcome and the method of treatment, and his opposition subsequently resolved.
