बाजरा आटा 1½ कप (Bajra flour)
बेसन ½ कप (Gram flour)
दही ½ कप (Yogurt, slightly sour)
पानी ~1½–2 कप (Water, as needed)
प्याज़ 1 (Onion, fine chopped)
गाजर ½ (Carrot, grated)
हरा धनिया ½ कप (Coriander)
जीरा ½ tsp (Cumin)
तिल 1 tbsp (Sesame)
अदरक ½ tsp (Ginger, minced)
हरी मिर्च 1–2 (Green chili)
हल्दी ¼ tsp (Turmeric)
लाल मिर्च ½ tsp (Red chili powder)
नमक स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल/घी 1–2 tbsp (Oil/Ghee, cooking)
मीठा सोडा/इनो ¼ tsp (ENO/Baking soda, optional)
