This immaculate GT750 has had serious money spent on it by previous owners to bring it up to almost new condition. There is a back story;
So after a period of 33 years, I finally have another Suzuki GT750A in blue, back in my garage.
In 1991 a young fellow used to go past the little shop I ran in Ealing West London and one day he stopped in traffic bang outside. He was riding a very shiny GT750. I said to him if he ever wanted to sell, that's my shop behind me. Pop in and I'll buy it off you. A year later he did just that and I was grinning from ear to ear. It didn't last long.
Having gone through a marriage break-up, I had nowhere to store it except in the back yard of my radio shop. It started to rot away before my eyes so reluctantly I sold it to a local dealer, and hoped one day to own another.
It's been a long wait, but I finally bit the bullet and own an identical machine, albeit probably not the actual bike.
