Inductive couplers are used in applications where connectors experience high stress, such as frequent couplings and de-couplings. Typical applications include workpiece carriers, turn tables, and tool changers.
Turck’s inductive coupling technology is capable of passing 12 watts and 500 milliamps over an air gap up to 7 mm, with a 5 mm face to face offset, and an angular offset of up to 15°, providing superior flexibility for mounting in any application.
