2018 Ford Flex with a 3.5 non turbo. Customer states that it says no key detected and will not start. Customer stated that they replaced the vehicles battery and the batteries in the key fob.
Started every time. Only codes were lost communication because of low voltage. Cleared the codes, reset the battery monitor system, monitored voltages. Everything is working as it should. Sometimes you cannot duplicate a concern. I try to every time. But i think them replacing the battery fixed their issue.
