40 Aerial Hoop / Lyra Spanset Moves and Transitional Moves. You can also use these moves for a double tabbed Lyra. This is a fun video of Spanset move and how to get in and out of moves and pair them up with other moves, some combos you can do together. This is great for Choreography on the Top and in the Spanset. Enjoy!

Aerial Lyra Definitions:
The Lyra is like a clock, the top where the spanset is, is 12 o'clock, then going to the left is 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock and so on all the way around to 11 o'clock. You know where to position your hands and feet by knowing where it is on the clock. Example) 1 o'clock and 11 o'clock is where you place your hands going into a double knee hock on the top bar.
