Ayşe and Cenk come from very different backgrounds, but they find love while studying at university. Coming from a rich, modern and religious family, Ayşe is deeply committed to her faith. Cenk, on the other hand, lives a non-religious life and is jealous of Ayşe's lifestyle. Cenk, who wants to win Ayşe's heart, promises to change and live a decent life. The couple gets married, but soon Cenk breaks his promise to Ayşe by returning to his old alcohol, gambling and drug habits. She tries to save her beloved husband from the pit of addiction.
