AMGA Certified Rock Instructor Erik Kramer-Webb shows how to rappel if you drop your rappel device. Make sure nothing gets sucked into the munter hitch like loose clothing, long hair, your fingers, etc. A few twists in the rope will develop as you rappel. Be sure to untwist the strands before you pull your rope so it doesn't kink and get stuck.
