12/2021 - Well, this video has hit over 500k views which is a lot for me. I would invite you folks to check out my show Instant Noodle Recipe Time as there's a lot more you can see there I think you'll find interesting. I've been doing that show on YouTube for a few years now with over 1,250 episodes to date. As for the number of reviews on www.theramenrater.com now, I've done over 4,000.

2015 - My mom used to make this recipe for me for breakfast as a child. When
the variety of instant noodles we used was pulled off store shelves, we
visited Uwajimaya in Seattle, WA and found that it was identical to
Nissin chikin Ramen - their first variety and the first instant noodle
introced to the market. This was the birth pang of The Ramen Rater,
www.theramenrater.com - and now I've tried and reviewed over 1,600
varieties.
